Il mwcacolibrì golagranata o mwcqcolibrì gola di granato (mwcgmwcwLamprolaima rhami (mwdaLesson, 1839)) è un mwdquccello della mwdgfamiglia mwdwTrochilidae. È l'unica mweaspecie nota del mweqgenere mwegmwewLamprolaima.cite-ref-ioc-2-0[2]

Descrizione

È un mwgwcolibrì di media taglia, lungo 12–12,4mwha cm, con un peso di 5,6–7,1mwhq g.cite-ref-hbw-3-0[3]

Biologia

Si nutre del mwjanettare di diverse specie di mwjqangiosperme tra cui mwjgmwjwInga spp. ed mwkamwkqErythrina spp.; integra la sua dieta con mwkginsetti catturati in volo.cite-ref-hbw-3-1[3]

Distribuzione e habitat

L'mwmqareale della specie comprende mwmgMessico meridionale, mwmwGuatemala, mwnaEl Salvador e mwnqHonduras.cite-ref-iucn-1-1[1]
